Join Us for the 11th Annual Ridge Runner 5K

• 5K Start Time: 9am
• 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 9:15am
• Location: Big Ridge State Park on State Hwy 61 between Norris and Maynardville

Course Description

• 5K Course: A beautiful trail run, 3.1 miles
• 1 Mile Fun Run: A simple asphalt course
• Directions: Take I-75 to exit 122, then follow Highway 61 east for approximately 12 miles. Park entrance is on the left.

• 5K Preregistration: $30 (online registration)
• Race Day Registration (5K): $35
• 1 Mile Fun Run Preregistration: $15 (online registration)
• Race Day Registration (1 Mile Fun Run): $20

Online registration available at Runsignup.com/RidgeRunner. All fees go to the Y for improving health & wellness programs & education for school-age kids.

T-Shirts

• Guaranteed: T-shirts for participants registered before September 11th

Race Number Pick Up

• Pickup Location: At race site, 45 minutes before the start
• Note: Numbers will not be mailed

Awards & Rewards

• Medals: Given to the top 3 males & females in each age category
• Ribbons: Given to all 1-mile fun run participants
