Join us for our 11th Annual Ridge Runner 5K

• 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 9:15 AM
• Location: Big Ridge State Park on State Hwy 61 between Norris and Maynardville

Course Description

• 5K Course: The 3.1 mile course is a beautiful trail run
• 1 Mile Fun Run: A simple asphalt course
• Directions: Take I-75 to exit 122, then follow Highway 61 east for approximately 12 miles: park entrance is on the left

Registration & Fees

• 5K Preregistration Fee: $30 (on-line registration)
• Race Day Registration: $35
• 1 Mile Fun Run Preregistration Fee: $15 (on-line registration)
• 1 Mile Fun Run Race Day Registration: $20

All Fees go to the Y for improving health & wellness programs & education for school age kids.

T-Shirts

T-shirts guaranteed to participants registered before September 11th.

Race Number Pick Up

Numbers will not be mailed. Pick up number at race site 45 minutes before the start.

Awards & Rewards

• Medals: Awarded to the top 3 male & female in each age category
• Ribbons: Given to all 1-mile fun run participants
