Join us for our 10th Annual Ridge Runner 5K

• 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 9:15am
• Location: Big Ridge State Park, State Hwy 61 between Norris and Maynardville

Course Description

• 5K Course: A beautiful trail run
• 1 Mile Fun Run: A simple asphalt course

• Route: Take I-75 to exit 122, follow Highway 61 east for approximately 12 miles
• Park Entrance: On the left

Registration & Fees

• 5K Preregistration Fee: $30 (on-line registration)
• 5K Race Day Registration Fee: $35
• 1 Mile Fun Run Preregistration Fee: $15 (on-line registration)
• 1 Mile Fun Run Race Day Registration Fee: $20

Purpose of Fees

All Fees go to the Y for improving health & wellness programs & education for school-age kids.

T-Shirts

• Guarantee: T-shirts guaranteed to participants registered before September 19.

Race Number Pick Up

• Mailing: Numbers will not be mailed
• Pick Up Time: At race site 45 minutes before the start

Awards & Rewards

• Medals: Given to the top 3 male & female in each age category
• Ribbons: Given to all 1-mile fun run participants
