Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Location: Downtown Knoxville at 227 West Depot Avenue
• Little Gobbler Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K: Starts at 8:45 AM

🏃 Course Description

• Familiar Course: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.

💰 Registration & Entry Fee

• No Refunds: NO REFUNDS AND NO TRANSFERS apply.
• Age-Based Pricing: Applies to the 5K.
• Little Gobbler Run: $10 for 12 and under.
• Day of Registration: No discount codes or coupons apply.

🚦 Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals to reduce congestion.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time indicated during registration.

👕 T-shirts

• Shirt Policy: Registrants after November 11th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• No Re-Orders: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

• Pre-Race Pickup: Tuesday Nov 25 at Dicks House of Sport - 4 PM to 7 PM.
• Race Day Pickup: 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Collect for Friends: You are welcome to pick up for friends, family, co-workers.

🏆 Awards

• Top Awards: Awards to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Group Awards: Awards to the top 3 in each age group.
• Chip Time: Awards are based on chip time.
• Award Presentation: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45 AM.

👶 New for 2025

• Kid's Run Categories: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category.
• 5K Age Groups: New age groups for the 5K include 10 and under, 11-14, and 15-18.

🤝 Team Competition

• Grand Prix Team Competition: This race is part of the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Team Registration: Teams must pre-register.

📊 Grand Prix Points

• Eligibility: 2025 Grand Prix points will be awarded to eligible participants.
• KTC Membership: You must be a member of the KTC and volunteer for at least 3 events.

🍏 Refreshments

• Post-Race Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.

🚫 Race Etiquette

• Prohibited Items: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers Welcome: Walkers are welcome!
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
