Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Little Gobbler Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K: Starts at 8:45 AM

Course Description

• Familiar Route: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Available below!

Registration & Entry Fee

• Little Gobbler Run Fee: $10 for ages 12 and under
• Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run but will not receive a shirt or bib unless registered for the 5K.
• Registration Notes: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run
• Refund Policy: No refunds and no transfers.

Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave.
• Elite Corrals: Features elite corrals to reduce congestion and improve safety at the start.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time of each runner indicated during registration.

T-shirts

• Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Details: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
• Re-orders: No re-orders will be made after inventory runs out.

Packet Pick Up Information

• 11/23: Dicks House of Sport - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/24: The Casual Pint - Northshore - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/25: The Mill and Mine - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Awards

• Awards Structure: Awards to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Overall Categories: Awards for the Overall Clydesdale and Overall Athena.
• Timing Basis: Awards are based on chip time.
• Award Presentation: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45 AM.

New Features for 2025

• Children's Categories: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category to the kid's run.
• New Age Groups: 5K will include the following age groups (10 and under, 11-14, 15-18).

Team Competition

• Competition Schedule: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Registration: Teams must pre-register.
• Information: Visit www.ktc.org for more details.

Grand Prix Points

• Eligibility: Grand Prix points will be awarded to eligible participants.
• Membership Requirement: Must be a member of the KTC.
• Volunteering: Must volunteer for at least 3 events.

Refreshments

• Post-Race Treat: Light refreshments will be provided.

Race Etiquette

• Prohibitions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers Welcome: Walkers are welcome on the course.
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
