Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Date: Thursday November 27, 2025 in Downtown Knoxville.
• Little Gobbler Run Start: 8:00 AM.
• 5K Start: 8:45 AM.
• Location: 227 West Depot Avenue, Knoxville, TN.

🏃‍♂️ Course Description

• Familiar Course: We’ll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Available below!

💰 Registration & Entry Fee

• Age Based Pricing: Applies to the 5k.
• Cyber Monday (12/2): $15 for 12 and Under.
• Parent Guidelines: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run.
• No Discounts: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.

🏁 Race Day - Start Procedure

• Elite Corrals: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals to reduce course congestion.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by predicted finish time of each runner indicated during registration.

👕 T-shirts

• Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 11th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Deadline: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
• No Re-orders: Once inventory runs out in the RunSignUp system, there will be no more shirts.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

• Pre-race Pickup Locations: Tuesday Nov 25 - Dicks House of Sport - 4 PM to 7 PM.
• Wednesday Nov 26: The Mill and Mine - Noon to 6 PM.
• Race Day: 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM.
• Early Pickup Encouraged: You are welcome to pick up for friends, family, co-workers.

🏆 Awards

• Top Awards: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Group Awards: Awards to the top 3 in each age group.
• Clydesdale/Athena Awards: Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Overall Athena (Women over 150 lbs.).
• Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45.

👶 New for 2025

• Kid's Run: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category.
• 5K Age Groups: Introducing age groups (10 and under, 11-14, 15-18).

🏅 Team Competition

• Grand Prix Schedule: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Pre-registration Required: Teams must pre-register.

📊 Grand Prix Points

• Point Awards: 2025 Grand Prix points will be awarded.
• Eligibility: Must be a member of the KTC and volunteer for at least 3 events.

🍎 Refreshments

• Post Race Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.

🚫 Race Etiquette

• Prohibited Items: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers Welcome: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
