Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Location: Downtown Knoxville
• Little Gobbler Run Start Time: 8:00 AM
• 5K Start Time: 8:45 AM

Course Description

• Familiar Course: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Course map below!

Registration & Entry Fee

• Little Gobbler Run Fee: $10 for ages 12 and under.
• Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run.
• Shirt & Bib: Parents will not receive a shirt or bib, unless they register for the 5K.
• Discount Codes: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.

Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals.
• Safety Enhancement: Adding the elite corral will reduce course congestion and improve participant safety at the start.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time of each runner indicated during registration.

T-shirts

• Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Placement: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
• No Re-orders: When the inventory runs out in the RunSignUp system, then there will be no more shirts.

• 11/23: Dicks House of Sport - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/24: The Casual Pint - Northshore - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/25: The Mill and Mine - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Awards

• Top Awards: Awards to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Group Awards: Awards to the top in each age group as well as Overall Clydesdale and Overall Athena.
• Awards Criteria: Awards are based on chip time.
• Award Presentation: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45 AM.

New Features

• New Categories: We are adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category to the kid's run.
• Age Groups: New age groups added to the 5K (10 and under, 11-14, 15-18).

Team Competition

• Competition Status: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Team Pre-registration: Teams must pre-register.

Grand Prix Points

• Points Awarded: 2026 Grand Prix points will be awarded.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for Grand Prix awards, you must be a member of the KTC.
• Volunteer Requirement: You must volunteer for at least 3 events.

Refreshments

• Post Race Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided post race.

Race Etiquette

• Restrictions: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers: Walkers are welcome!
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
