• 5K Start: 8:45 AM

🏃 Course Description

• Love for the Course: We’ll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.

💰 Registration & Entry Fee

• NO REFUNDS AND NO TRANSFERS: Age Based pricing applies to the 5K.
• Cyber Monday: 12/2 - $15 (12 and Under)
• Little Gobbler Run Fee: $10 for 12 and under (parents may run with children)
• Day of Registration: No discount codes or coupons apply.

🏁 Race Day - Start Procedure

• Elite Corrals: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals.
• Safety: Adding the elite corral will reduce course congestion and improve participant safety at the start.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by predicted finish time of each runner during registration.

👕 T-shirts

• Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Shirt Policy: Registrations after November 11th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Cut-off: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
• No Re-orders: Once the inventory runs out, there will be no more shirts.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

• Pre-race Pickup: Tuesday Nov 25 - Dicks House of Sport - 4 PM to 7 PM
• Wednesday Nov 26: The Mill and Mine - Noon to 6 PM
• Race Day Pickup: 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM
• Pickup for Others: You are welcome to pick up for friends or family.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 in each age group, Overall Clydesdale, and Overall Athena.
• Chip Time: Awards are based on chip time and will be presented starting at 9:45 AM.
• New for 2025: Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls categories added to the kid’s run.

🤝 Team Competition

• Grand Prix Team: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Pre-registration: Teams must pre-register.

📊 Grand Prix Points

• Awards Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a member of the KTC.
• Volunteer Requirement: Must volunteer for at least 3 events.

🍴 Refreshments

• Post Race: Light refreshments will be provided.

🚫 Race Etiquette

• Restrictions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers Welcome: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
