Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Date: Thursday November 26, 2026
• Location: Downtown Knoxville
• Little Gobbler Run starts at: 8:00 AM
• 5K starts at: 8:45 AM

Course Description

• Familiar Course: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Course map below!

Registration & Entry Fee

• Little Gobbler Run: $10 for ages 12 and under.
• Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run.
• Shirt and Bib: Parents will not receive a shirt or bib unless they register for the 5K.
• Discount Policies: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.

Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave will feature elite corrals.
• Purpose: This addition will reduce course congestion and improve participant safety at the start.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time of each runner indicated during registration.

T-shirts

• Shirt Style: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Inventory Notes: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
• No Re-orders: When the inventory runs out, there will be no more shirts.

Packet Pick Up Information

• 11/23: Dicks House of Sport - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/24: The Casual Pint - Northshore - 4:00-7:00 PM
• 11/25: The Mill and Mine - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Awards

• Overall Awards: Given to the top 3 Overall male/female/open.
• Age Categories: Including top Masters (age 40+), Grandmasters (age 50+), and Senior Grandmasters (age 60+).
• Clydesdale and Athena: Awards for Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs) and Overall Athena (women over 150 lbs).
• Award Timing: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45 AM.

New Features

• Kid's Run: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category.
• 5K Age Groups: New age groups for 10 and under, 11-14, 15-18).

Team Competition

• Grand Prix Schedule: This race is part of the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Pre-Registration: Teams must pre-register.

Grand Prix Points

• Eligibility: 2026 Grand Prix points will be awarded.
• Membership Requirement: Must be a member of the KTC.
• Volunteer Requirement: Must volunteer for at least 3 events.

Refreshments

• Post-Race: Light refreshments will be provided.

Race Etiquette

• Restrictions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers: Walkers are welcome!
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
