Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Little Gobbler Run Start: 8:00 AM
• 5K Start: 8:45 AM

🏃‍♂️ Course Description

• Description: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Course map below!

💲 Registration & Entry Fee

• Little Gobbler Run Fee: $10 for 12 and under
• Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run. Parents will not receive a shirt or bib, unless they register for the 5K.
• Registration Policy: No refunds and no transfers: no discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.

🚦 Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave. will feature an elite corral.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time indicated during registration.

👕 T-shirts

• Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Registration Deadline: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Placement: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

• Date & Locations: 11/23 - Dicks House of Sport - 4:00-7:00
• Date & Locations: 11/24 - The Casual Pint - Northshore - 4:00-7:00
• Date & Locations: 11/25 - The Mill and Mine - 11:00 - 6:00

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters male and female.
• Age Groups: Awards to the top in each age group as well as Overall Clydesdale and Overall Athena.
• Presentation: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45.
• New for 2025: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category to the kid's run and new age groups to the 5K.

👥 Team Competition

• Grand Prix: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Details: Please visit www.ktc.org for details. Teams must pre-register.

📊 Grand Prix Points

• Eligibility: Must be a member of the KTC and volunteer for at least 3 events.
• Awards: 2026 Grand Prix points will be awarded.

🥤 Refreshments

• Post Race: Light refreshments will be provided.

🦮 Race Etiquette

• Regulations: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walking: Walkers are welcome! The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
