Course Description
- Course: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
- Course Map: Map is below!
Registration & Entry Fee
- Little Gobbler Run: $10 for ages 12 and under.
- Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run.
- Shirt and Bib: Parents will not receive a shirt or bib unless they register for the 5K.
- Registration Policy: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.
Race Day - Start Procedure
- Start Location: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals.
- Purpose: Adding the elite corral will reduce course congestion and improve participant safety.
- Corral Assignments: Determined by predicted finish time indicated during registration.
T-shirts
- Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
- Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
- Order Deadline: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.
- No Re-orders: Once inventory runs out, no additional shirts will be ordered.
Packet Pick Up Information
- 11/23: Dicks House of Sport - 4:00-7:00 PM
- 11/24: The Casual Pint - Northshore - 4:00-7:00 PM
- 11/25: The Mill and Mine - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Awards
- Awards: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
- Additional Awards: Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Overall Athena (women over 150 lbs.).
- Timing: Awards based on chip time, presented beginning at 9:45 AM.
- New for 2025: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category to the kid's run, plus new 5K age groups.
Team Competition
- Competition: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
- Registration: Teams must pre-register.

Grand Prix Points
- Points Awarded: 2026 Grand Prix points will be awarded.
- Eligibility: Must be a member of the KTC and volunteer for at least 3 events.
Refreshments
- Post-Race: Light refreshments will be provided.
Race Etiquette
- Prohibited Objects: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
- Walkers: Welcome! The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
