Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K + Little Gobbler Kid's Run

• Location: Downtown Knoxville
• Little Gobbler Run: Starts at 8:00
• 5K: Starts at 8:45

🏃‍♂️ Course Description

• Familiar Course: We'll be running the same downtown Knoxville course that our participants love and come back year after year for.
• Course Map: Course map below!

💰 Registration & Entry Fee

• Little Gobbler Run Cost: $10 for 12 and under
• Parent Participation: Parents may run with their child for the Little Gobbler Run, without a shirt or bib unless registered for the 5K.
• Discounts: No discount codes or coupons apply to day of registration or Little Gobbler Run.

🏁 Race Day - Start Procedure

• Start Location: The start on Depot Ave. will feature elite corrals.
• Corral Assignments: Determined by the predicted finish time of each runner indicated during registration.

👕 T-shirts

• Shirt Type: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts.
• Shirt Policy: Anyone registering after November 12th will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Order Deadline: The shirt order will be placed on November 13th.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Group Awards: Top awards in each age group.
• Clydesdale & Athena: Awards to Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Overall Athena (Women over 150 lbs.).
• Award Timing: Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45.

🌟 What's New?

• New for 2025: Adding a Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls category to the kid's run.
• Age Groups: New age groups for the 5K: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-18.

👥 Team Competition

• Grand Prix Team Competition: This race is on the Grand Prix Team Competition schedule.
• Pre-registration: Teams must pre-register.

🏅 Grand Prix Points

• 2026 Points: Grand Prix points will be awarded.
• Membership Requirement: Must be a member of the KTC and volunteer for at least 3 events.

🍏 Refreshments

• Post Race: Light refreshments will be provided.

📜 Race Etiquette

• Course Restrictions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course.
• Walkers: Walkers are welcome!
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
