Join us for the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!

7:00 pm – Covenant Health 5K

Sunday, April 12, 2026

7:27 am – Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start

7:30 am – Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start

New Challenges

• Knox Hills Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon.
• Marble City Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon.
• Medals and Swag: Both challenges include an extra medal and swag item to finishers!

Participation Options

• In-person Participation: We will offer an in-person race experience.
• Virtual Option: For those wishing to participate virtually, select one of the last five options (with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed).
• Virtual Participant Benefits: Receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag.
• Results Submission: Virtual participants will be able to submit their time online on a separate results page from the live, in-person competitors.
