Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon Overview

Join us for the 2027 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!

Race Schedule

Saturday, April 10, 2027

• 5:30 pm: Covenant Health Kids Run
• 7:00 pm: Covenant Health 5K

Sunday, April 11, 2027

• 7:27 am: Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start
• 7:30 am: Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start

Challenges

Back this year, sign up for one of our two challenges!

• Knox Hills Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon.
• Marble City Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon.
• Extras: Both challenges include an extra medal and swag item to finishers!

Virtual Option

We will offer an in-person race experience AND a Virtual Option.

• In-person: For those wishing to participate in the live, in-person event, select that race distance from the first five options on the registration page.
• Virtual: For those wishing to participate in the Virtual Option, select one of the last five options (with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed).
• Benefits: Virtual Option participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag.
• Results: They will also be able to submit their time online on a separate results page from the live, in-person competitors.
