Event Overview

Join us for the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!

Event Schedule

• Saturday, April 11, 2026:
• 5:30 pm: Covenant Health Kids Run
• 7:00 pm: Covenant Health 5K
• Sunday, April 12, 2026:
• 7:27 am: Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start
• 7:30 am: Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start

Challenges

New this year, sign up for one of our two challenges! The Knox Hills Challenge includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon. The Marble City Challenge includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon. Both challenges include an extra medal and swag item to finishers!

Participation Options

• In-Person Race: We will offer an in-person race experience AND a Virtual Option.
• Registration: For those wishing to participate in the live event, select one of the first five options on the registration page.
• Virtual Option: For those wishing to participate virtually, select one of the last five options (with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed).
• Virtual Benefits: Participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag. They will also be able to submit their time online on a separate results page from the live competitors.
