Event Overview
Join us for the 2027 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!
Event Schedule
- Saturday, April 10, 2027:
- 5:30 pm: Covenant Health Kids Run
- 7:00 pm: Covenant Health 5K
- Sunday, April 11, 2027:
- 7:27 am: Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start
- 7:30 am: Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start
Challenges
- Knox Hills Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon. Finishers receive an extra medal and swag item!
- Marble City Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon. Finishers also receive an extra medal and swag item!
Virtual Option
- In-Person Experience: Select that race distance from the first five options on the registration page.
- Virtual Option: Select from the last five options with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed.
- Registration Benefits: Virtual participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag.
- Time Submission: Virtual participants can submit their time online on a separate results page from the live participants.
