Event Overview

Join us for the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!

Date and Time

• Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
• 5:30 pm: Covenant Health Kids Run
• 7:00 pm: Covenant Health 5K

• Date: Sunday, April 12, 2026
• 7:27 am: Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start
• 7:30 am: Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start

Challenges

• New this year: Sign up for one of our two challenges!
• The Knox Hills Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon.
• The Marble City Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon.
• Bonus: Both challenges include an extra medal and swag item to finishers!

Race Options

• In-Person Experience: We will offer an in-person race experience.
• Virtual Option: For those wishing to participate virtually, select one of the last five options (with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed).
• Participation benefits: Virtual Option participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag.
• Online Results: Virtual participants will also be able to submit their time online on a separate results page from the live, in-person competitors.
