Event Overview

Join us for the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run!

Date and Time

• Saturday, April 11, 2026:
  • Covenant Health Kids Run: 5:30 pm
  • Covenant Health 5K: 7:00 pm
• Sunday, April 12, 2026:
  • Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start: 7:27 am
  • Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start: 7:30 am

Challenges

• New this year: Sign up for one of our two challenges!
• Knox Hills Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon.
• Marble City Challenge: Includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon.
• Additional Rewards: Both challenges include an extra medal and swag item to finishers!

Participation Options

• In-person experience: We will offer an in-person race experience for those wishing to participate live.
• Virtual Option: For those preferring to run virtually, select from the last five options on the registration page.
• Virtual Benefits: Participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag.
• Submit Results: Virtual participants can submit their time online on a separate results page from live competitors.
