Race Description

• Experience: Celebrate the season with our 3rd annual Christmas Trail/Road Race!
• Course: Run through Holiday-themed areas, including Candy Cane Lane and Russtown Road.
• Post Race: Enjoy the after party in Santa’s Workshop with fun activities.
• Purpose: Proceeds benefit the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association to assist Veterans and their families in Brunswick County.

Race Day Schedule

• Packet Pickup:
  • Friday, 5-6:00 pm, Silver Coast Winery
  • Race Day: 8 am - 9:30 am
• Start Times:
  • 5K: 10:00 am
  • 1 mile: 10:10 am
• After Party: Santa’s Workshop includes refreshments and a costume contest!
• Course Map: 5K Gravel and Road Race with one water stop on the course.

Finisher Awards

• Medals: All finishers will receive a medal.
• T-Shirts: Guaranteed for registrations on or before November 13, 2026.
• Shirt Sizes: Available in Adult Unisex from XS to XXL.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers in each age group will receive medals.

Registration Fees

• 5K Early Registration: $40.00 until October 1st.
• General Registration: $45.00 from October 2nd to November 13th.
• Late Registration: $47.00 from November 14th to December 13th.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $20.00.

Packet Pickup Details

• Location: Silver Coast Winery.
• Times:
  • Friday, December 11: 5-6:30 pm
  • Race Morning: 8:00 am - 9:30 am near the start line.

Special Notes

• No Strollers: Please refrain from bringing strollers.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed at the event.
• Parking: Ample parking available in designated areas.
