"Gulliver's Run"

Event Overview

"Gulliver's Run" is a 5k Trail Run/3.5k Walk for dogs and their human companions, although you may participate without a canine pal. The establishment of an informal partnership with such an entity enables "Gulliver's Run" to have closer contact with the process that is our stated goal--fighting canine cancer.

Mission

• Proceeds: The proceeds of "Gulliver's Run" are donated to an established organization or veterinary practice that is directly involved in research or treatment of canine cancer.
• Non-Profit: "Gulliver's Run" is a 501(c)3 non-profit, public charity whose mission is to carry on the battle against canine cancer.
• Inspiration: "Gulliver's Run" is named after Gulliver Rue, a Hungarian Vizsla who was a lifetime trail runner until his race was cut short by canine lymphoma.

Event Details

• Date: The event is scheduled for November 1, 2026.
• Location: The event will take place at Gifford Pinchot State Park, Lewisberry, PA.
• Walk Update: Starting in 2025, the walk is changed to a 3.5k distance and is named Maisy's March.
• Course Information: The walk course is slightly different than the run course and is named in honor of Maisy, our Vizsla who was taken by canine cancer in December 2024.

• Event Atmosphere: "Gulliver's Run" is held annually on the trails at beautiful Gifford Pinchot State Park on the first Sunday in November.
