Out of the Dark 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Out of the Dark 5K is a run/walk that is dedicated to raising awareness about the connection between suicide and traumatic brain injuries. It is about helping others on their journey out of the dark and into the light of healing and hope. All proceeds from the Out of the Dark 5K will go directly to supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries by funding their treatment at a specialized brain plasticity clinic.
