Join the Falls Road Running Store Ladies Night Track training group Wednesday evenings this spring and summer!

🗓️ Schedule

• When: Wednesday's, workout start at 6:30 PM from July 16 - September 25, 2025
• Where: Loyola/Hopkins Track, 1101 E. 33rd St., Baltimore, MD 21218

👩‍🏫 Who

• Participants: Ladies who want to learn, have fun, work hard, and train together!
• Coaches: Coached by women coaches, certified through USATF and USTFCCCA, with experience locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Approach: We meet you where you are at and will challenge you in a fun way to grow and improve your speed and athletic confidence.

🏋️‍♀️ Activities

• Warmup: Each session will include a group warmup.
• Drills: Drill instruction provided.
• Track Workout: Comprehensive track workout included.
• Extras: Mobility and strength add-ons will be provided.
