Churney Gurney 5 Mile Trail Race

Race Overview

• Distance: 5 mile trail run on the beautiful Gurney Lane Trails.
• Features: Lots of single track and ups and downs.
• Date & Time: The 11th annual Churney Gurney 5 Mile Trail Race will take place on Saturday, August 1st at 9 AM.
• Beneficiary: All proceeds from the race will go to Under the Woods Foundation supporting children with Autism.

Start/Finish Information

• Location: The race will start and finish just below the pavilion at Gurney Lane.
• Timing: This will be a chip timed race.

Registration and Packet Pickup

• Online Registration: Will remain open until Friday, August 1st at 5 PM.
• Race Day Registration: Open at 7:00 AM at the Pavilion until 8:45 AM.
• T-Shirt: Given to the first 75 registered participants.

Post-Race Celebration

• Event: After the race, there will be a post-race celebration.
• Offerings: Includes food, snacks, refreshments, music, and awards ceremony!

Age Group & Awards

• Awards: Male and Female overall awards will be presented.
• Categories: Age group awards will be by 10-year age group categories.

Parking

• Availability: There is plenty of parking in and around the Gurney Lane Park.
