FUN FIT 5K / 10K & Hybrid 5K

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.

🏅 Race Options

• 5K Run/Walk: Participate in the traditional 5K distance.
• 10K Run/Walk: Challenge yourself with a longer run.
• Hybrid 5K: A unique blend of running and exercises.
• Exercise Reps: Complete 10 reps of exercises every 1/2 mile if participating in Hybrid 5K.

💪 Exercises for Hybrid 5K

• Jumping Jacks: A great full-body exercise to get your heart rate up.
• Sit Ups: Target your core strength with this classic exercise.
• Lunges: Engage your legs and glutes with this lower body exercise.
• Air Squats: A bodyweight squat to keep those leg muscles working.
• Pushups: Strengthen your upper body with this challenging move.
• Burpees: A high-intensity full-body workout to boost your endurance.
