About this race
Race Overview
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events.

Packet Pickup
Packet pick up at Runners Depot (Davie & Fort Lauderdale) starts Saturday July 11th and Closes Friday July 17th at Noon. We will have packet pick up and registration on race day.
Hybrid 5K Exercise Details
If you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
- Jumping Jacks
- Sit Ups
- Lunges
- Air Squats
- Pushups
- Burpees
