🏃♂️ Event Overview
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.
✨ Race Options
- 5K Run/Walk: Participate in a traditional 5K race.
- 10K Run/Walk: Choose a longer distance with our 10K option.
- Hybrid 5K: Engage in a unique challenge by completing exercise reps.
- Exercise Options: Jumping Jacks, Sit Ups, Lunges, Air Squats, Pushups, Burpees every 1/2 mile.
