FUN FIT 5K / 10K & Hybrid 5K

Race Overview

This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.

Event Options

• Choices: You can participate in the 5K or 10K run/walk.
• Hybrid 5K: Alternatively, you can participate in the Hybrid 5K.
• Exercises: Participants in the Hybrid 5K will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
• Exercises List:
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Sit Ups
  • Lunges
  • Air Squats
  • Pushups
  • Burpees
