About this race
Event Overview
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events.
Packet Pickup Information
- Location: Runners Depot (Davie & Fort Lauderdale)
- Start Date: Saturday, July 11th
- End Date: Friday, July 17th at Noon
- Race Day: Packet pickup and registration will be available on race day.
Event Options
This event has three options:
- 5K: Participate in the traditional run/walk.
- 10K: Choose to run or walk a longer distance.
- Hybrid 5K: Complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:

- Jumping Jacks
- Sit Ups
- Lunges
- Air Squats
- Pushups
- Burpees
