Get ready for a one-of-a-kind back-to-school celebration at the YMCA Milkshake Mile – Presented by the Pa Dairymen's Association—a fun, energetic, and flavor-filled race event hosted by the Friendship YMCA! Whether you're a serious runner, a casual walker, or just in it for the milkshakes, there's something for everyone.

🏫 Back-to-School Theme

• Kickoff Event: Kick off the school year in style!
• Backpack Giveaway: We’ll be giving away backpacks.
• Family-Friendly Fun: Offering loads of entertainment.

🏃 Event Highlights

• Mile Run: Run a timed mile at your own pace with age group awards based on chip-times.
• Heats Schedule: 11am for ages 19 and under, 11:15am for ages 20-39, and 11:30 for ages 40 and up.
• Fun 1-Mile Walk/Run: Perfect for families and beginners, each with a milkshake post-event.
• Rolling Start: Start anytime between 10:00-10:45am, recommended starting by 10:30am for longer distances.

🏅 Milkshake Relays

Stay for some fun after the races are completed. Teamwork and stomach strength required! Make sure to check out the celebrity Milkshake Relay.
