• Join us: Please join us in welcoming the Tri-State Women Warriors as proud partners in this year’s race!
• Their mission: To provide connection and advocacy to support the unique needs of women veterans and service members.
• Collaboration: We’re honored to collaborate with them.

🏃‍♀️ What

• Event: Mind Over Miles 5K
• Purpose: Run (or walk!) to raise awareness for empowerment, brain health, and resiliency.
• Focus: Let’s put mental health at the forefront—together!

• Check-In: 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM

• Location: Epworth Library

🎊 Post-Race Fun

• Parade: Join us for the Town and Country Days Parade
• Location: Main Street
• Time: 10:30 AM
• Activities: Then head over to Tower Park for food, games, and community fun!
