3rd Annual Mental Health Awareness 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Date: Saturday, September 27th, 2025
• Check-in: Starts at 7 am
• Race Briefing: Begins at 7:50 am
• Start Time: Race begins at 8 am

🧠 About the Event

• Invitation: We cordially invite you to participate in the Mental Health Awareness 5K/Walk.
• Co-Hosts: This event is co-hosted by Robeson County Medical Society and Robeson Road Runners.
• Proceeds: Donations will be made to NC Professionals Health Program!
• Location: The race will begin in Downtown Lumberton.

🌳 Course Information

• Scenic Route: Participants will run along the scenic Lumber River.
• Tanglewood Neighborhood: The route heads through the quiet Tanglewood neighborhood.
• Finish Line: A straight shot down Elm St. leads runners to the finish line!
• Participation: Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, including walking.

⏱️ Timing and Registration

• Official Timing: This year will be our first year having an officially timed race!
• Shirts: The first 75 registrants will receive a shirt, sizes are guaranteed if registered by August 31st.
• Sponsorships: Please email thomas68m@gmail.com for sponsorship info.
• Registrations: Paper registrations and waivers can also be requested via email.
