📅 Program Details

• Duration: 15 weeks training program for beginner, intermediate, or advanced runners and walkers.
• Inclusive: Absolutely everyone is welcome and if you aren’t sure which program to do, we’ll help you decide which plan works best!
• Meeting Schedule: We will meet every Saturday morning at the Nora Plaza store at 8am to run/walk.
• Midweek Runs: Optional midweek runs/walks from all three stores.

💰 Registration Information

• Entry Fee: $50, which includes the program, a shirt, and a $25 gift certificate to the store.
• Start Date: Training Program Starts August 26th.

• Training Levels: Pick from one of three training levels with expert coaches providing knowledge and support.
• Community: Private Facebook group for training program participants.
