Get ready to ruck, roll, or stroll through a fall-themed fitness challenge supporting veterans and adaptive athletes! Ruck & Roll brings the community together for an action-packed day of endurance, camaraderie, and fun — with courses and categories for every ability.
A ruck is walking or hiking with a weighted pack — a key part of military training used to build strength and endurance. Participants can choose weighted packs, vests, or go unweighted.
The roll is for adaptive athletes using handcycles or recumbents. Competitive rolling takes place on challenging terrain, so please review the course maps before registering.
Challenging hilly trails designed to test strength and endurance. Review the course maps, including elevation profiles.
Don’t have an adaptive bike? IM ABLE provides handcycle and recumbent loaners. Email becky@imablefoundation.org to reserve one (first-come, first-served).
1st place male, female, and adaptive in each distance for each division:
14 & Under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70–79, 80+
Top team awards for male, female, and coed 21K relays.
Fill your packs with canned or packaged food instead of weights to donate to Veterans Making a Difference. Scales will be used to confirm weight.
The more, the merrier! Gather friends and family to form a social team and get $5 off registration per member (teams of 5+). Social team members can register for any event.
