2026 Featured Animal: The African Elephant!
Conservation Support: Fundraising dollars from this year’s race will support the International Elephant Foundation (IEF).
Challenges Elephants Face: Elephants face immense challenges in the wild, including habitat loss, human–wildlife conflict, and poaching.
Our Goal: Our 2026 goal is to reach $100,000 in lifetime gifts to IEF. By participating in Jungle Jog you can help us get there!

Jungle Jog is a 2026 Rochester Runner of the Year Series!

Race Day Schedule

Guided Warm Up: Starting Line - 7:30 a.m.
5k Start: Begins at 8:00 a.m. in Seneca Park
Kid's Fun Run: Begins at 9:00 a.m. in Seneca Park, next to Wegman Lodge
Awards: Given at end of race

Location & Parking

Starting Point: Jungle Jog begins and ends in Seneca Park near the Wegman Lodge and Trout Lake.
Parking Availability: Seneca Park parking lots will be open and available, but parking is limited.
Arrive Early: We encourage you to arrive early by 7:15 a.m. to allow time to park and walk to the starting line.
Parking Assistance: Premier Parking services will be on-site to help guide participants to available parking spots.

Packet Pick Up

Thursday, July 16: 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. @ Seneca Park Zoo
Saturday, July 18: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. @ Medved Running and Walking

The race-day packet includes your bib number and any giveaways. Don't wait until the day of the race to pick up your race materials!
