🎉 Welcome to the Happy Holidays Race!
It's time for our Happy Holidays 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
🕒 Event Schedule
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45AM, option to start early to finish by 10:45AM

📍 Event Location
Address - Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.) do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app. There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com
🚻 Important Reminders
- Parking: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking and use the restroom.
- Toiletries: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
- Results: All the participants will have their results posted with their names and times.
- Photos: FREE pictures for everyone posted on our facebook page after the event!
🏃 Course Information
- 5k: out and back route link
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: link
👶 Stroller Policy
Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com for early start.
🏅 Finisher Medals and Goodies
- Medals: ALL finishers get a medal.
- Goodie Bags: Everyone will get a medal as well as a goodie bag.
- Results Posting: Results will be posted after every race on www.abetterworldrunning.com.
- Free Photos: Free photos posted on our facebook page -- www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning.
