Corporate and Organization Sponsorship Program

Steps to Sponsor:

1. Use the DONATE button above: Sponsor/Donate.
2. Enter your donation amount: Align with desired Sponsorship Level.
3. Click “Other”: In the “On Behalf Of” section. Enter your organization's name.
4. Contact from Sponsorship Team: After donation, you will be contacted with more information.

Note to Sponsors: After you donate, you will be contacted with more information on how to submit your company logo and additional details regarding your sponsorship.

Corporate Sponsorship - $600

• Race Day Banner: Sponsor's logo will appear on our Race Day Banner.
• Website Listing: Sponsors will be listed on the PHL.org Official Race Website.
• Social Media Promotion: Sponsors will be featured in LinkedIn and other social media posts.
• Race Day T-Shirt: Sponsor's logo will appear on the official Race Day T-Shirt.
• Flash Offer: Commit by August 1 for logo inclusion on the official race day t-shirt!

Non-profit Organizations, DBE Firms, and Government Agencies - Donation of Any Size

• Corporate Sponsorship Benefits: All benefits of the Corporate Sponsorship apply.

Pacesetter Sponsor (Limited Availability) - $1,100

• Corporate Sponsorship Benefits: All benefits of the Corporate Sponsorship.
• Social Media Promotion: Additional sponsor promotion on Social Media.
• Free Race Entries: Two free race entries.
• Visible Logo: Sponsor's logo will appear on one of our Race Pacesetters.

Gold Corporate Sponsor (Limited Availability) - $1,600

• Pacesetter Sponsorship Benefits: All benefits of the Pacesetter Sponsorship.
• Advertisement: At a specific race aspect like the Water Station or Start/Finish Line.
• Participant Information: Company information shared with all participants prior to the race.
• Free Race Entries: Two free race entries.
• Sponsor Table: For advertising purposes at the Registration Tent.

Premier Corporate Sponsor - "Crawl the Runway" Sponsor - Limited to Two Sponsors - $2,600

• Gold Corporate Sponsorship Benefits: All benefits of the Gold Corporate Sponsorship.
• Exclusive Sponsorship: September 12 sponsorship of the March of Dimes "Crawl the Runway" kid zone.
• Signage: Includes special signage at the March of Dimes booth.
• Kid Zone: Features a miniature runway play area for kids attending the event.
