Training Program Details
- Duration: 15-week training program for the beginner, intermediate or advanced runner and/or walker.
- Inclusivity: Absolutely everyone is welcome and if you aren't sure which program to do, we’ll help you decide which plan works best!
- Training Schedule: We will meet every Saturday morning at the Nora Plaza store at 8am to run/walk.
- Self-Paced: You will have the complete program to follow along at your own pace during the week.
Midweek Runs
Optional midweek runs/walks from all three stores.
Registration Information
- Entry Fee: $50 and you’ll get the program, a shirt as well as a $25 gift certificate to the store.
- Incentive: Complete 3 runs/walks and get $150 credit towards any Brooks Running Shoe - First 50 to register.
- Start Date: Training Program Starts July 26th.
