for a day of fun, fitness, and community - all in support of Independence Landing.

🏆 Race Challenges and Participation

• Unique Challenges: Participants will complete no less than five unique challenges along the 5k course.
• Team Options: You can compete as an individual or as part of a two-person team.
• Awards: Separate awards will be given for individuals and teams by age groups.
• Costumes: Costumes are encouraged (but not required) and make for great photo ops!

🏅 Finisher Medals and Refreshments

• Medals: Finisher medals will be presented for all participants who cross the finish line after completing all of the challenges.
• Refreshments: After race refreshments will be provided at Independence Landing.

• Inclusive Design: While the 5K course is physically demanding and includes a series of challenging obstacles, we are committed to making it as inclusive as possible.
• Request Accommodations: Accommodations can be requested during registration to help meet individual needs. (Please try to do so by October 1st so that we have adequate time to prepare.)

🎉 Fun Run/Walk/Roll

If you prefer something a little more laid back, join us for the Fun Run/Walk/Roll - a shorter course (less than a mile) around the Independence Landing complex, suitable for all ages and abilities.
