• Race Time: 9:00 AM (Same-day registration begins at 8:00 AM)

🌟 Purpose of the Race

Because East Union 8th Graders are DC-bound—and they need you to help get them there! This isn’t just a 5K... it’s a chance to help send students on an unforgettable trip to explore the monuments, museums, and history of our nation’s capital. Every stride you take helps shrink the $600-per-student cost to make this trip possible!

🚀 What to Expect

• Course: A fun, fast, and flat 5K course perfect for runners, walkers, and stroller-pushers
• Community: High-fives, community vibes, and feel-good purpose
• Virtual Option: Available if you're cheering from afar
• Proceeds: All proceeds go straight to supporting the East Union DC Trip Fund!

• Price: Just $30 per participant (and worth every penny!)
• Support: Can’t make the race? Sponsor a student or make a donation—every dollar brings them closer to DC!
