Fiesta Walk/Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Organizer: The event is a fundraiser organized by the City of Reedley Community Services Department and the Reedley Parkway Committee.
• Funds: Funds raised will be used to assist with additional amenities/improvements to the Parkway (picnic tables, signage, artwork, kiosk upgrades, and similar) and equipment/supplies for the volunteers to maintain the Parkway.
• Race Options: The event includes a competitive 6 mile run, 2 mile fun run/walk, 6 mile fun walk, and kid races.
• Timing: ONLY THE 6 MILE RUN IS TIMED & WILL RECEIVE A BIB!

🗓️ Registration Details

• Deadline: MUST REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 26TH TO RECEIVE A SHIRT!
• Kids Races: Kids races are in memory of Mr. Rusty DeRuiter, as he was a teacher for many years and it felt appropriate to partner with Kings Canyon Unified School District to get students involved in the race.

📦 Packet Pickup Information

• Date: Friday, October 17th from 9AM-4PM.
• Location: Reedley Community Center, 100 N. East Ave., Reedley, CA 93654.
• Morning Pickup: Event morning (October 18th) packet pickup starts at 6:15AM at 10th and G street.

• 6:55AM: 6 Mile Walk (Non-Competitive)
• 7:00AM: Kids 5 and under
• 7:10AM: Girls 6-7
• 7:15AM: Boys 6-7
• 7:20AM: Individuals with Disabilities 1/4 mile ALL AGES
• 7:25AM: Girls 8
• 7:30AM: Boys 8
• 7:35AM: Girls 9
• 7:40AM: Boys 9
• 7:45AM: Girls 10-12
• 7:50AM: Boys 10-12
• 8:00AM: 6 Mile Run and 2 Mile Fun Walk/Run
