🚢 IT STARTS ON THE FERRY FROM MANHATTAN

• Your ticket: Covers roundtrip ferry rides from Battery Maritime Building (10 South St) to Governors Island.
• Energy: From the moment you step on, the energy’s up. Flags in the air, music going, and people repping with pride.
• Party: It already feels like a party before we even hit the island.

👟 THE RUN OF NATIONS — 5K TIMED RACE

• Time: Starts at 9:00 AM
• Timing: Official bib and chip timing included
• Course: Scenic 5K through Governors Island
• Participation: Run, jog, or walk — all paces welcome
• Culture: Rep your roots, your culture, and your crew
• Medal: 5K P&P Governor's Island Custom Medal

🎉 THEN WE CELEBRATE

From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the island turns into a full cultural day party:

• Music: Live DJs spinning Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Soca, R&B, and Hip-Hop
• Lineup: DJ line up is CRAZY! Flygerian, Ted Bounce, Miss Milan, Khalil, and Mohogany
• Activities: Yard-style games, dance circles, and cultural showcases
• Food: Food trucks serving Afro-Caribbean and Latin flavors
• Vibes: Local vendors, giveaways, and nonstop vibes

⏰ ARRIVAL INFO

• Departure: Ferries depart at 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, and 8:00 AM
• Warning: Do not take the 8:30 AM ferry — you’ll miss the race
• Kickoff: Race kicks off at 9:00 AM
• Festival: Festival runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
