• Description: Start Thanksgiving off right by building an appetite while running The Annual Hartsville Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. This event is one of the largest road races in the area, drawing over 700 runners every year.

• Kids Fun Run: 7:30am
• 5K Race Start: 8:00 am
• Awards Ceremony: 9:00AM

Packet Pick-up Procedures

• Date: Wednesday, November 25th from 12-7PM.
• Location: Inside the Hartsville YMCA lobby.
• Thursday Morning Pickup: Available from 6:45-7:45am.

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall Male and Female
• Masters Awards: Top 3 Masters Male and Female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male & Female in each age group
• Participation Medals: First 500 participants to cross the finish line will receive a medal

• Categories: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-20, 21-25
• More Age Groups: 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45
• Further Categories: 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65
• Final Groups: 66-70, 71+

5K Fees

• Member Early Registration: $35 by 11/02/26 (Discount applied at checkout)
• Member Late Registration: $45 after 11/02/26
• Non-Member Early Registration: $40 by 11/02/26 (Discount applied at checkout)
• Non-Member Late Registration: $50 after 11/02/26

Family Promotional Rate

• Family Rate: $5.00 off each family member (max. 6 family members)
• Fun Run Fees: $15
• Additional Notes: Strollers are welcome
• Further Notes: You can listen to music while you run
