Heroes for Hope 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event: Heroes for Hope 5K
• Date: October 11, 2025
• Location: W. South Street, Cave City, AR
• Details: Join us for this 5K and fun run to benefit the Sharp County Sheriff':s Foundation and The CALL in Sharp and Independence Counties. Make plans to dress as your favorite superhero and come out to help break the stigma surrounding SUD/AUD as well as show support for individuals and families impacted by foster care in our community.

⏰ Start/Finish Information

• Start Time: The race will begin at 9 AM.
• Location: The race starts and finishes in the Cave City Park.
• Free Kids Fun Run: Following 5K (approximately 10:00 AM)

🎟️ Packet Pick Up

• Race Day Pickup: Will be at Cave City Park starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 11.

💵 Cost Information

• Entry Fee: $30
• Registration: Race day registration will be available from 8:00-8:30 AM.

🚗 Parking

• Availability: Parking available on the grassy lot across from the Cave City Park.

🌧️ Adverse Weather Policy

• Event Status: We expect our events to happen rain or shine. However, the safety of our participants is of paramount concern.
• Possible Changes: The Race Director may delay, cancel, or make changes to the race course based on adverse weather conditions.
• Adverse Weather Definition: The event may be delayed or canceled due to Tornado Warning, Tornado Watch, Thunderstorm, Heavy Rain, or any other extreme weather condition.
• Note: Light to moderate rain is not considered an Adverse Weather Condition.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Entry Deferral: If the 10/11/25 race is canceled, all entries will be deferred to the following year.
• Refunds: Sorry, no refunds.
