Heroes for Hope 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: Join us for this 5K and fun run to benefit the Sharp County Sheriff's Foundation and The CALL in Sharp and Independence Counties.
• Theme: Make plans to dress as your favorite superhero and come out to help break the stigma surrounding SUD/AUD as well as show support for individuals and families impacted by foster care in our community.

🕘 Start and Finish Details

• Time: The race will begin at 9 AM.
• Location: The race starts and finishes in the Cave City Park.

🏅 Kids Fun Run

• Timing: Free Kids Fun Run following 5K (approximately 10:00 AM).

Packet Pick Up

• When: Race day packet pickup will be at Cave City Park starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 11.

💵 Registration Cost

• Cost: $30.
• Registration: Race day registration will be available from 8:00-8:30 AM.

🅿️ Parking Information

• Location: Available on the grassy lot across from the Cave City Park.

🌧️ Adverse Weather Policy

• Planning: We expect our events to happen rain or shine.
• Safety: The safety of our participants is of paramount concern.
• Conditions: The event may be delayed or canceled due to Tornado Warning, Tornado Watch, Thunderstorm, Heavy Rain, or any other extreme weather condition.
• Note: Light to moderate rain is not considered an Adverse Weather Condition.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Deferral: If the 10/11/25 race is canceled, all entries will be deferred to the following year.
• Refunds: Sorry, no refunds.
