Lace up your sneakers and join us on Saturday, October 24, 2026, for the 4th Annual Cobb Island Crab Trot 5K Run/Walk!

Bring your family, your friends, your neighbors—and even your neighbors' friends! Everyone is welcome to participate in this fun-filled community event.

The 5K course circles the perimeter of Cobb Island, offering beautiful scenic views of Neale Sound, the Potomac River, and the Wicomico River.

Come dressed in your favorite crab-themed costume or attire—there will be a prize for the best look!

This family-friendly event is open to all ages and fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned runner, a weekend jogger, or just out for a walk.

Rain or shine, the race goes on. Please note: no refunds or deferrals.

Chip timing is provided by Blue Cheeta Sports Timing.

Registration

• Standard Registration: $40, Register by October 3, 2026 to guarantee your commemorative finisher medal and race day T-shirt!
• Fee Change: Increases to $50 after October 3, 2026.
• Registration Includes: Custom Finisher Medals to ALL Participants, Custom Designed Race Bib, State of the art timing with Blue Cheeta Sports Timing.
• Extras: Drink Ticket, Trick or Trot style finish line after party at Pier House, Digital finisher certificate, Free Race Day Photos, Pre and Post Snacks.

Race Day Timeline

Saturday, October 24, 2026, Fisherman’s Field, Cobb Island

• 7:30am - 8:45am: Race Day packet pickup, there is still time to register
• 8:45am - 8:55am: Opening Ceremony
• 8:55am - 9:00am: Group Photo and Prize awarded for Best Crab themed attire or costume
• 9:00am - 10:30am: Trick or Trot Crab Trot 5K Run/Walk
• 10:00am - 10:30am: Winners medals awarded
• 10:30 - 12:30: After Party at Pier House

Recognition

• Prize: Awarded for best crab attire/costume.
• Medals: Awarded to the top male and female finishers in each age category.
• Age Categories: 11 and under, 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up.

Swag

All pre-registered participants will receive a Unique Commemorative Medal, Custom Designed Race Bib, Pre and Post race snacks, 1 Drink ticket, Access to the After Party at Pier House, FREE Race Day Photos, and a Digital Finisher Certificate.

Shirt Offer: To purchase a uniquely designed commemorative short-sleeve t-shirt, please be sure to register by October 3, 2026. After this date, any remaining shirts will be available on race day following the race on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
