🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Come on, let's Turkey Trot! The fourth annual CBI Turkey Trot in Middletown Ohio, on Nov 8th. 10:00am start time. Gates open at 8:30am.

🍻 Festival After the Race

• Event: Enjoy Downtown Middletown's Bourbon and Beer festival immediately after the race ends, from 12PM-6PM.
• Tickets: Those interested in the Beer and Bourbon festival can find tickets by clicking here.

🎟️ Description and Fees

• Proceeds: Benefit the cradle to career programs and services of the Community Building Institute Middletown.
• Payment: Your $35 payment comes with a bib to participate, a swag bag, and food.
• T-shirt: A t-shirt is included if registered by 10/22.
• Youth Tickets: Additional $10 for a shirt for registrants 17 and under.

🏅 Competition Details

• Individual or Team: Compete solo or as a corporate team.
• Prizes: Categorized prizes for solo runners and a traveling trophy for the corporate team winner.
• Cash Prizes: For the first three male and female runners to finish.
• Course: 5K/3.1-mile course starting on Broad Street.

🚗 Parking and Amenities

• Parking: Available in the adjacent bus station parking lot and restaurant parking.
• Water Stations: Provided at the halfway point and the end of the course.
• Family Friendly: Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome.

T-shirt Deadline 📅

The deadline to secure a t-shirt is October 22nd. After the race, there will be an opportunity to select a shirt from the "extras" bin if any remain. This will be done on a first come, first serve basis as participants cross the finish line, with priority given to those who did not receive a t-shirt during check-in. Shirts are not included for registrants under 18 years old. Registrants 17 and under can purchase a shirt during registration for an additional $10- adult sizes only.

🕒 Early Check-In

Friday, November 8th is the opportunity to check in and collect your race materials early. We will be set up inside Triple Moon Coffee Company from 5pm-8pm doing check in, handing out swag bags, and assigning bibs. If you're not interested in checking in early, be sure to get to the race before 9:45AM: check in and registration begins at 8:30AM.

🎖️ Awards

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place female and male prize winners can expect cash prizes and gift cards. In addition to participation medals for every runner, there will be medals awarded to the first male and female of the following categories:

• 1st place overall
• 12 and under
• 13-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70+

🏢 Corporate Teams

Traveling trophy goes to the corporate team with the lowest average runtime. They'll keep the trophy at their offices for the year! Corporate teams need to reach out to CBI to receive a unique team code. This code will grant $5 off for teams of four or more. Reach out to Nina: marketing@cbimiddletown.org
