2025 Wolfpack Summer Nationals Training Series

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

This is a series of four Saturday training sessions (8/30, 9/13, 9/20, and 9/27) focusing on three of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting) and ninja warrior training. Fencing will also be offered separately (for a $25 drop-in fee) at Bay Area Fencing Club on Saturday mornings.

📅 Schedule

• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.: Los Gatos, CA 95032)
• 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Laser-Run Training at Bay Area Fencing Club
• 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Ninja Training at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St. #2: San Jose CA 95112)

👟 Ninja Training Details

The ninja warrior training will be coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.

❌ Swimming Training

Swimming training will not be provided in the Summer Nationals training series.
