• Men's Record: Beat the All-Time Pasco County Cross Country Record of 15:14
• Women's Record: Beat the Female Course Record of 18:44 set by Abigail Williams
• Rewards: Lifetime FREE registration to all future Seahawks 5K races
• Recognition: Your name featured on future race flyers & t-shirts

Prizes and Registration

• Raffle: Prizes from American Running Company, Tampa Bay Rowdies, Run Gasparilla, Texas Roadhouse, and more!
• Registration Fees: $25 until June 30th, $35 from July 1st, $40 from August 1st, $45 on race day.
• Shirts: Dri-fit t-shirts guaranteed for those who register by July 31st.
• Team Rate: High school, middle school, youth club, and college teams at $10 per runner.

Team Registration

• Team Signup: Email us to add your team or have the first runner sign up to create it.
• Payment: Checks payable to TRC Race Management for $10 x the number of athletes.
• Gender Separation: Teams separated by gender.
• Awards: Fastest Girls Team and Fastest Boys Team.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Overall Male and Overall Female.
• Team Awards: Fastest Boys Team and Fastest Girls Team (based on Top 5 XC Scoring).
• Age Group Awards: Top three in each group: 10 & under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over.

Donations

Support our team! Donations will be gladly accepted and your support is greatly appreciated. Donations go towards funding the team's uniforms and apparel, travel expenses, and training equipment.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up on Friday, August 7th from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Sunlake High School Track. Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race starting at 6:00 AM.
