It's time for our Fresh Wave 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM

What's Included

Course Details
- 5k Route: Out and back route - View Route
- 10k Route: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k Route: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon Route: 3 x 4.36 mile loop - View Route
Additonal Information
- Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
- Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon.
- Early Start: Email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com if more time is needed.
- Finishers: All finishers get a medal and goodie bag.
Post-Event Information
All results will be posted after the event on our website, usually the evening of the event at www.abetterworldrunning.com.
Free photos will be posted on our Facebook page - www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning.
