Program Overview

• Partnership: Playmakers has partnered with Meridian Township Parks Department.
• Target Group: Children in 3rd-6th grades.
• Coaching: Participants receive Good Form Running coaching from certified Playmakers staff.
• Finale: Program concludes with a Fun Run Finale!

Training Sessions

• Training Technique: Learn proper dynamic warm-up techniques.
• Good Form Running: Practices incorporated to enhance running form.
• Fun Activities: Each session includes engaging games.
• Mileage Goal: Gradual increase to a goal of 3 kilometers (1.85 miles).
