• Partnership: Playmakers has partnered with Meridian Township Parks Department for this unique fitness opportunity.
• Target Group: Designed for children in 3rd-6th grades.
• Coaching: Participants receive Good Form Running coaching from certified Playmakers staff.
• Fun Run Finale: The program concludes with an exciting Fun Run Finale!

🏅 Training Sessions

• Learning: Participants will learn proper dynamic warm-up techniques and Good Form Running practices.
• Games: Enjoy playing a fun game at each session!
• Progression: Mileage will start low and gradually increase to a goal of 3 kilometers (1.85 miles).
• Health Focus: Aim to promote fun, healthy, active lifestyles and enhance fitness for other sports.
