- Sessions: 12 training sessions with opportunities to compete in area Cross Country races

- Objective: Promote fun, healthy, active lifestyles
- Introduction: Introduce kids to the sport of Cross Country
- Learning: Proper dynamic warm-up techniques and Good Form Running practices
- Games: Play a fun game during each session

- Mileage: Starts low and gradually increases
- Goal: Achieve a 2-mile run by the end of the program
