🏃‍♂️ Race Description

On the Move for Men's Health isn’t just a race — it’s a mission. This November, join us on the trails to raise awareness for men’s health and prostate cancer prevention. Whether you’re here for a scenic 5K Trail Run/Walk or ready to test your limits in the 4-Hour Endurance Challenge, every step makes a difference.

Our course features a beautiful 5K wooded trail loop with rolling hills, winding paths, and fall colors in full display. The 5K Trail Run/Walk is perfect for competitive runners, casual joggers, and those who simply want to enjoy a brisk walk in the fresh air.

The 4-Hour Endurance Challenge is designed for those who want to push further — run as many laps as possible in the time limit, take breaks in the lively Trail Village, and tackle the course again and again. With special divisions for ruck sack warriors and weighted vest challengers, there’s a place for every competitor, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
