ORRRC Winter Solstice Trail Half Marathon

🕒 Race Date and Time

• Event: Saturday, December 20 at 8:30 a.m.

🚗 Parking Information

• Location: John Bryan State Park (Use this address: 3790 State Route 370, Yellow Springs, OH)

⏳ Timing Cutoffs

• Duration: This trail race is a friendly race with generous cut-offs.
• Completion Time: You will have 4.5 hours to complete the distance.
• Final Aid Station: You must reach the final aid station by 3.5 hours (12 PM).

📝 Pre-Registration Details

• Process: Pre-registration through RunSignup.
• Chip Pickup: Come to the green table at registration to receive your chip on race day.
• Minors: May be pre-registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian.
• Liability Waiver: Must be signed by a parent or guardian.

💵 Fees Structure

• ORRRC Members: Run for Free (Fee waived automatically).
• Non-Members: $10 for ages 15 and up, Free for ages 14 and under.
• Proof of Membership: Must be shown on race day for member fees.

🏁 Race Day Registration

• Availability: Online until approximately 15 minutes before race start time.
• Registration Sheets: Hard copy registration sheets available if needed.
• Arrival Time: Recommended to arrive at least one hour before the race.
• Warm-Up: Time to park, register, and warm-up prior to the race start.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Commemorative Award: Runners who cross the finish line before the cutoff time will receive a commemorative finisher award.
