🏃♂️ Shake Off the Stuffing at the Trail Trot on Turkey Ridge!
Join us for a post-Thanksgiving challenge at the Trail Trot on Turkey Ridge in Wildwood, where the only leftovers are the miles you haven't conquered yet. This is no ordinary trot—it's a timed endurance event designed for those looking to burn off that holiday indulgence in a setting as wild as your Thanksgiving feast.
🌲 The Course
- Distance: 1.8-mile loop
- Elevation Gain: 347 ft per loop
- Direction: Counterclockwise, starting and finishing at the trailhead
- Challenge: Choose between a 2-hour or 4-hour race
🏆 Awards
- Prizes: Awards for the top male and female finishers in both time categories
- Motivation: Prove your mettle on the trails instead of another turkey trot
- Participants: Race is capped at 75 runners
- Goal: Make some room for those leftovers!
💰 Discounts and Donations
- Club Members: St. Louis Track Club members can gobble up a $5 discount
- Proceeds: A portion will be donated to a local nonprofit (TBD)
