Patriots Run 5K

Event Overview

The Patriot’s Run 5K &: 1-Mile Fun Run takes place Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Red Tail Pavilion, Oak Point Park in Plano—home of the Plano Flags of Honor.

Schedule

• Presentation of Colors: by Allen High School MCJROTC
• Pledge of Allegiance: led by Congressman Keith Self
• Warm-up: 7:30 AM
• 1-Mile Fun Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K Run: Starts at 8:30 AM
• Wheeled participants: 5 minute head start

Post-Race Celebration

After the race, enjoy a community celebration featuring:

• Awards: for race participants
• Sponsor booths: showcasing local businesses
• Food: various options available
• Music: to celebrate the event
• Vendor prize giveaways: exciting prizes to win

Purpose
