PYO Glow Run

🎉 Get Ready to LIGHT up the NIGHT!

Join us for our PYO GLOW RUN, a fun energetic fundraiser benefitting Penn-York Opportunities.

🚀 Event Details

Don your brightest neon gear and glow-in-the-dark accessories as we take to the woods for a radiant 5k run/walk. The course will be aglow with glow sticks, solar lights, and an electric atmosphere.

This one-of-a-kind event will be held at Valley Playland in Athens, PA (2 South River St. Athens, PA 18810).

• Route: Scenic Diahoga Trail along the Susquehanna River.
• Participants: All will receive a glow in the dark ribbon and glow sticks.
• Registration: Opens at 4:30pm.
• Start Time: Race starts at 6:15pm.

🏃‍♀️ Awards and Ceremony

Awards Ceremony at 7:30pm.

💳 Pre-Registration Prices

FREE T-Shirt for all who pre-register BY SEPTEMBER 19th 2025.

• Cost: $30 for 5K or Spirit Walk.

📅 Day-Of-Race Prices

• Cost: $35 for 5K/Spirit Walk.

👶 Age Categories

• 12 & Under: Participants in this category.
• 13-17: Participants in this category.
• 18-29: Participants in this category.
• 70+: Participants in this category.

🏆 Prizes

• Top 3 Male/Female Overall: PYO Glow Run Medal and a pastry choice.
• Ages 70+: Top Male & Female will receive a PYO Glow Run Trophy and pastry choice.
• Ages 50-69 through Ages 12 & Under: Prizes will vary for these age groups.
