Lace up your sneakers and join us for the Panther Prowl 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run — a family-friendly trail event held on the scenic campus of Northside High School! With a mostly flat course and a few gentle rolling hills, this race is perfect for runners of all skill levels — from competitive athletes to casual joggers and walkers.

Whether you’re racing to the finish or walking with friends and family, you’re making a difference for our students. All proceeds directly benefit the Northside High School Track and Cross Country programs, helping fund equipment, travel, and training for our student-athletes.

💵 Registration Fees

• 5k: $30 until January 1 Early Bird pricing
• 5k: $40 from January 2nd-March 7th

• 1 Mile Run: $25 until January 1st
• 1 Mile Run: $35 January 2nd-March 7th

5K Race:

• Medals: Awarded to the top 3 men and women overall
• Divisions: Top 3 men and women in each of the following age divisions:
• Categories: 10 & under, 11–15, 16–20, 21–30, 31–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+

👟 1-Mile Fun Run

A non-competitive, family-focused event — but we’re still recognizing the speedsters! Medals awarded to the top 3 men and women overall.

🎁 Giveaway

All participants who register by January 1st are guaranteed a T-shirt.
