Presented by Rome Clean & Green, the City of Rome, and the Roman Runners

🎉 Event Details

• Date: November 28, 2025
• Time: 5:00 PM
• Location: 198 N. Washington St, Rome, NY
• Route: Runners and walkers will start from City Hall on W. Dominick Street, make their way up George Street, circle Vogel Park, and return enjoying the holiday lights. The route will be closed to traffic!

💫 Choose Your Pace

• 5K Run/Walk: Join the main event!
• 1.3-Mile Holiday Stroll: For a more leisurely pace.
• Post-Race Celebration: Enjoy a festive evening featuring local vendors, food trucks, the City’s Christmas Tree Lighting, and a fireworks finale!
• Shirts: Participants will receive a special Rome Lights Fest 5K long sleeve shirt! Sign up by October 16 to ensure you get the size you need.

📅 Pricing Information

• Until September 30: $20 plus processing fee.
• Until October 31: $23.
• Until November 14: $26.
• Until November 28: $29.
• 18 and Under: Only $15!

🕒 Packet Pickup

• Time: 2 PM - 5 PM
• Location: Rome City Hall.
