Join us at the Vegan Superhero Retreat 5K Fun Run on August 31, 2025, at 300 Camp Akiba Road, Stroudsburg, PA. This event is open to all current clients of the Vegan Superhero Academy (in person & virtual).

🌳 Run with Purpose

• Experience: Whether you're running through the scenic trails at the retreat or logging miles from your hometown, this 5K is your chance to connect with your community.
• Inclusivity: This all-levels event is about progress, not perfection. Walk, jog, or run, just show up with heart and have fun along the way.

🦸‍♀️ Costume Celebration

• Dress Up: Costumes are highly encouraged! Think capes, veggie puns, plant-powered alter egos, or anything bold and fun.
• Community Share: Share your superhero-inspired costume in the VSA community and tag us on social using #VeganSuperhero5K for a chance to be featured and possibly win a prize.

🏆 Awards & Recognition

• Top Team: Based on the average finish time of the 10 fastest team members (in-person and virtual combined).
• Top Finishers: Top 3 Male & Top 3 Female Finishers will receive individual recognition during the closing event for the retreat.
• Top Costumes: Show us your creativity! Anyone who completes the 5K (virtually or at the retreat) is eligible for a costume award!

All finish times must be submitted via RunSignUp by 12:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 31, 2025 to count toward awards.
