🍺 The 22nd Annual Dunedin OkotBEERfest 5K and 10K

The all new HOPS Beer runner finisher's medals are being presented to every finisher at this race exclusively for this year's OktoBEERfest 5K 10K on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at HOB Brewing Company 941, Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. The best venue in Florida where the PARTY begins with your RUNNING! (or walking). This run is open to all ages and levels of ability and is dog friendly! Register early as the price increases closer to the race in an attempt to slow down registrations as we approach the sell out for each race date. The race sells out at 300 participants and is in high demand so don't wait as there is typically no race week registration.

🅿️ Parking Information

• Free Parking: Parking is free and encouraged at the Artisan Parking Garage across from the venue at 356 Monroe Street, Dunedin, FL 34698, or any legal downtown parking areas.
• Responsibility: The city and race management cannot be responsible for any parking violations even though they are very rare in Dunedin.

🏅 Race Details

• Finisher's Medal: Each registered bib number gets a LARGE AND SUBSTANTIAL finisher’s medal.
• Timing: Electronically timed distance run on the fully paved Pinellas Trail.
• Merchandise: Participants receive a RUN FLORIDA promotional t-shirt and free draft craft beer from HOB Brewing post race.
• Contact: An email is sent to all participants by NOON the day before the race with your assigned bib number that you’ll pick up on race morning as well as your waiver or release to participate.

📅 Race Day Instructions

• Check-in Process: Once you receive your pre race email, please look up your bib number and print your waiver.
• Parking Directions: Please walk west across the Pinellas Trail to HOB Brewing Company, 941 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698.
• Start Line: Each distance will be called to the start line just prior to race start.
• Safety Instructions: Participants must abide by the 4 way stops at each intersection.

🏃‍♀️ Participant Guidelines

• Visibility: Your times will be recorded electronically using the RaceSplitter Timing System so please wear your bib number on the FRONT of your body.
• Safe Running: The trail will be packed with runners and walkers so keep to the right and please limit noise cancelling devices.
• Free Beer: Remember to pick up your FREE BEER armband at race check in if you are over the age of 21.
• Bag Check: Bag check is in the t-shirt zone for anyone who does not want to walk back to your car.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Finisher's Medal: Receive your finisher’s medal at the finish line.
• Top Finishers: Take a TOP FINISHER’S framed award if you are in the first 15 males or first 15 females to cross the finish line.
• Awards Tradition: We discontinued issuing age group awards many years ago as it holds up the party.
• Community Impact: Thanks for being a part of running in Dunedin always benefiting our teens from high school wrestling, JV football, cheer, band, travel baseball teams, and more.
