FEAR Trail Fest 5 Miler

🏃‍♂️ About Trail Fest

• Event: FEAR Trail Fest is a 5 mile lollipop loop trail race in Lewis Morris Park in Morristown, NJ.
• Course: The course is run mostly on the Yellow Trail with a mix of rocks, roots, and climbs totaling around 600 feet of elevation gain.
• Features: The course starts wide on the Patriots Path, transitions to single track, and returns via Patriots Path.
• Participants: The course is suitable for both new runners and experienced veterans, and hikers are welcome with a generous 2:30 hour time limit.

🗓️ Logistics

• Who: Everyone’s invited, but limited to 120 runners! New trail runners, experienced trail runners, and hikers.
• What: A 5 mile trail race!
• Where: Lewis Morris Park, 270 Mendham Road, Morristown, NJ 07690.
• When: Sunday, November 23, 2025 starting at 9AM.

• Reason: Why not! What else could you possibly be doing on a Sunday morning?

🎁 Giveaways

• Winners: Top Male, Female, and Non-binary division winners will receive a pair of Brooks shoes.
• Bonus: There will be drawings for random bib numbers for additional giveaways, so you don’t need to win the race to win.
• Items: Prizes may include shoes, socks, or hats!
• Snacks: Thanks to our sponsor The Good Crisp Company, there will be Good Crisp Chips for all participants.

🗺️ Course Preview Meetups

• Details: We will be hosting three course previews. Dates are subject to change, so DM us on Instagram to confirm.
• Meeting Time: Please meet at the picnic shelter at 8:50AM to start running at 9AM.
• Dates:

  • Sunday, October 26th – 9AM
  • Sunday, November 16th – 9AM
