Bring your family and friends and join us for a beautiful day in a picturesque park! The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PB's!

What to Expect at the Event
- Food and Beverages: Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages:
- Music: Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge:
- Water Stations: Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge:
- Family Fun: Duke Island Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. The Dash begins near the playground and is sure to please kids young and older:
- Race Types: 10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix:
- Fun Walk: Fun Walk (about a mile):
- Kids Dash: FREE Kids Dash for those under 10:
- T-Shirts: T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups:
The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
