• Date: 2025-09-07
• Location: Duke Island Park, Bridgewater, NJ
• Course: The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PBs!
• Awards: Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall Winners & 1st Place Men and Women Per Age Category

🎉 What to Expect at the Event

• Food and Beverages: Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages:
• Music: Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge:
• Water Stations: Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge:
• Family Fun: Duke Island Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. The Dash begins near the playground and is sure to please kids young and older:

• Race Types: 10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix:
• Fun Walk: Fun Walk (about a mile):
• Kidz Dash: FREE Kids Dash for those under 10:
• Shirts: T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups

🥇 Award Ceremony

The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
