Run for a Wish 10k 5k 1mile fun run

🏃‍♂️ Event Date and Purpose

• Date: December 13, 2025
• Charity: Race for a Wish was created to raise money for MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION UK.
• Proceeds: 100% of proceeds from this race will go directly to this charity!

🏅 Race Details

• Options: We will have a 10k, 5k, and 1 mile option for runners and walkers.
• Location: This race will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church at 8a.
• Route: This route is partly paved and partly jeep trail. It will be an out and back loop passing water stations twice.
• Accessibility: Strollers and dogs on leashes are welcomed to join!

🚻 Facilities

• Restroom: The 10k loop will have a bathroom at the halfway point at Cook Park.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Packet Pickup will be on December 12 from 12p-5p at Anytime Fitness Ruston (1223 Goodwin Road).
• Race Day: We will also have race day registration and packet pickup at 7a on race morning.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: 10k & 5k Male and Female overall awards as well as Age group awards for the following brackets: U10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
• Fun Run Awards: Overall Male and Female awards for the 1 mile fun run.

• Deadline: Sign up by November 27th to guarantee your awesome t-shirt!
