- Focus: Helping children who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling

Participation Details
- Format: Participants can run or walk the 5K course
- Options: In-person or virtual participation available
- Virtual Option: Run a 5K in your neighborhood or locally

Dog Policy
- Dogs Allowed: Yes, at Brittingham Park
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash (max 6 feet)
- Respectfulness: Keep a close eye on your dog during the event
- City Regulations: Must adhere to the City of Madison's pet policies
Registration Information
- Online Registration: An online fee is added to registrations and donations
- Mail Registration: To avoid online fees, mail in your registration before May 1, 2026
- Donation Tracking: Encourage donors to note your name with their donation
- Form Availability: Please download the registration form for mail-in participation

- Team Formation: Grab friends, family, or colleagues to form a team
- Discounts: Teams with five or more members receive a $5 registration discount
- Refunds: Discounts are applied as a refund once the team reaches 5 members
