🏃♀️ Race Overview
This is a run/walk hosted by Gamma Phi Beta in support of our philanthropy, Girls on the Run. Girls on the Run is a nonprofit after-school program that helps young girls build their confidence and self-esteem through physical fitness. Our hope is to not only raise money for Girls on the Run but also allow the community to learn more about it through our 5k.
🌟 Who Can Participate?
- Everyone: Everyone is welcome!!!! Come spend the day moving your body and supporting Girls on the Run!
- Free for Kids: Kids under 12 are free! No need to register them!
🎽 Registration Benefits
Registration includes participation in the race, a custom bib, and a medal. (While supplies last)
TSHIRTS will be available to purchase on race day!
ℹ️ Additional Information
- Timings: The race will not be timed!
- Location: The 5k run/walk will take place at Grand Valley State University's Allendale campus, with the start and finish line at the clocktower.
- Check-in: Will begin at the clocktower on race day at 9:30 AM.
- Parking: Park in lot G1, G2, or G3 (These lots will be free parking, and the closest)
- Water Stations: Water stations will be available throughout the course.
- Course Maps: Printed course maps are available on race day.
