🏃‍♂️ IEXC Race Series Overview

Join us for the IEXC Race Series held on Thursdays in August (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th) at Cobbs Hill Park, Rochester, NY. This is your ultimate summer running experience!

🗓️ Schedule

• 5:00PM - 6:00PM: Same day registration and bib pickup
• 6:00PM: Kid's Fun Runs
• 6:30PM: 5k Cross Country Race

📝 Registration & Bibs

• Timing: Registration will remain open until the start of the race, but early registration is appreciated.
• Payment: Please bring cash if you plan on same day registration.
• Kids Registration: All participants in the Kids Fun Races must complete registration, which is free.
• Packet Pickup: No packet pickup prior to race day: check-in begins at 5:00PM for bibs with pull-off tags.

👶 Kid's Fun Runs

We have three exciting races for our younger participants:

• 50 meters: "Final stretch" run for younger kids
• 1/4 mile: Loop around the field
• 1/2 mile: Loop around the field

All participants will receive a ribbon and popsicle at the finish. The races will not be timed. Parents are welcome to run with their children, and we encourage all spectators to cheer on the kids.

The Kid's Fun Runs are free!

🏅 5k Cross Country Race

The 5k will be a cross country style race around Cobb's Hill Park, primarily on grass and trails with short stretches on pavement (refer to the course map for details). The course will be marked with brightly colored flags and attended by several marshals.

• Free for Members: The 5k races are free to members of the Genesee Valley Harriers club. You can join during registration if you're not already a member.
• Free for Youth: The 5k races are free for all runners under 18 years old.
• Registration Cost: $35.00 for all four 5k races (discount applied at check-out).
• Single Race Fee: $10.00 for any single 5k race.
