• Date: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 27, 2025
• Location: 5000 S. Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC
• Start Times: 5K at 8:00 am / Fun Run at 9:00 am
• Timing: Clock timing only, no chip timing

👕 Participant Perks

• Shirts: All 5K participants will receive a race themed shirt
• Giveaways: Must be picked up, no mailings
• Size Guarantee: Shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed if not registered by November 5, 2025
• Extra Shirts: While we order extra shirts, we may run out of your size

💰 Pricing Information

• 5K Registration: $45.00
• Fun Run Registration: $10.00
• 5K Bib Refund: Pick-up a 5K bib on Wednesday evening to get a five dollar bill for each bib
• Packet Pick-Up: Wednesday 11/26/25, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, location TBA

📝 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Closes at Midnight on Sunday 11/24/25
• No Race Day Registration: There will be no registration on the day of the race
• On-site Packet Pick-Up: Available from 7:00-7:45 am near HomeGoods, just north of Food Lion
• Bib Distribution: Bibs will be handed out starting at 7:30 am: shirts available for pickup after the race

🚗 Parking Information

• Location: Outer Banks Mall, 5000 S. Croatan Highway, Nags Head (Milepost 14.5 on 158)
• No Parking: No parking allowed at Food Lion or Outback Steakhouse

☕ Post-Race Hospitality

• Refreshments: Light breakfast and coffee for registered participants only
• No Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted

• No Refunds/Transfers: This is a fundraising event: no refunds or transfers will be provided
• Weather Policy: The race will be held rain or shine but may be delayed or cancelled in unsafe weather conditions (e.g., lightning)
