Light the Way 5K is more than a race. It is a movement to shine a light on mental wellness, suicide prevention, and community support. Together, we are fostering hope, awareness, and resiliency while making meaningful connections.

More Than a Run

• An Experience That Inspires: After crossing the finish line, stay for live music and an inspiring speaker session featuring:
• Live Music: R&:J Acoustics, Fiction Love and Walter Lee
• Featured Speaker: TBD
• Awards: Top 3 Kids Dash finishers (boys &: girls) and Top 3 overall 5K finishers (male &: female) will be presented on stage after the run.

Runner Perks

• Finisher Medals: for the first 250 5K finishers and all Kid’s Dash participants
• Drink Coupon: redeemable at True Vine Brewing Company for a beer or non-alcoholic beverage
• Free Live Concert: and Speaker Session included with registration

• Friday, April 17: Early Packet Pickup at True Vine Brewing Company from 5:30 – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, April 18: Race Day at True Vine Brewing Company
• Check-In: 4:00 – 5:00 PM | Day-of Packet Pickup
• Opening Ceremony: 5:00 PM

Warm-Up Schedule

• Kid’s Dash: 5:30 – 6:00 PM (Ages 12 and Under)
• 5K Run/Walk: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
• Live Concert and Speaker Session: 7:00 – 9:00 PM

ALL participants across ALL events MUST wear a bib while on course. The Kids Dash event is not timed. The 5K event is timed.
