SJC Racing is proud to continue the tradition of one of the oldest races in Indianapolis: the 44th Annual Polar Bear Winter Classic.

This year will feature a new location starting from the Fowling Warehouse!

📅 Race Details

• Date: February 28, 2026
• Location: 1125 E Brookside Ave d9, Indianapolis, IN
• Format: 5K, 5 Mile, or The Bear (5K + 5 Mile).
• Total Distance: The Bear involves a challenge to run both distances, totaling 8.1 miles.

🎁 SWAG

• Finisher Medal: All runners registered before February 1 receive a finisher medal.
• Wear the Bear Hat: Participants will also receive a "Wear the Bear" winter hat.
• Optional Apparel: Long sleeve and hoodie available as an add-on during registration.
• Race Store: Apparel can also be purchased directly from the race store.

🏆 Awards & Celebration

• Cash Prizes: Available for age group awards in all three event distances.
• Post-Race Celebration: Will be held inside at the Fowling Warehouse.
