15th Annual Twinkle Toes 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

💵 5K RATES

• Early Bird Rate: now – Nov. 30th = $25
• Regular Rate: Dec. 1st – 13th = $30

🏃 1-MILE FUN RUN RATES

• Early Bird Rate: now – Nov. 30th = $20
• Regular Rate: Dec. 1st – 13th = $25

🚫 IMPORTANT RULES

• No Strollers Charge: There is no extra charge for strollers.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Entrants must be registered by Nov. 30 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Bandit Runners: Prohibited and will be removed from the race by law enforcement.
• No Pets: Due to liability issues, no dogs or pets are allowed to participate.

⏰ EVENT TIMING

• Timing Provider: Uwharrie Dash formerly Vac & Dash staff from Albemarle will time the race.
• 1-Mile Race Start: 8:00 am.
• 5K Race Start: 9:00 am.

📦 REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICK-UP

• Registered Runners: Each will receive a bag containing a t-shirt & other items.
• Pickup Schedule: From 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm December 12th, at Star Elementary School Gym.
• Day of Race Pickup: Bags may also be picked up from 7:30 am – 8:30 am at the school.

🏞️ COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Course Location: Both races take place in a nice residential course in the town of Star.
• Start and Finish: Starts and ends at Star Elementary School on Cotton Creek Road.
• Water Stations: Located at 1- and 2-mile markers and at the finish line.
• Maps: Race Course Map and Race Course Map 2.

🏆 AWARDS CEREMONY

• Timing: Immediately following the race.

🥇 AWARD CATEGORIES

• Overall Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male.
• Overall Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place female.
• Overall Winners: Will not be included in the age category awards.
• Individual Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd for each age category: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
