15th Annual Twinkle Toes 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

💰 5K RATES

• Early Bird Rate: now – Nov. 30th = $25
• Regular Rate: Dec. 1st – 13th = $30

🏃‍♀️ 1-MILE FUN RUN RATES

• Early Bird Rate: now – Nov. 30th = $20
• Regular Rate: Dec. 1st – 13th = $25

🚫 IMPORTANT POLICIES

• Strollers: No extra charge for strollers.
• Registration Deadline: Entrants must be registered by Nov. 30 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Bandit Runners: Prohibited and will be removed from the race by law enforcement.
• Pets: No dogs or pets allowed to participate.

⏱️ EVENT TIMING

• Timing Personnel: Uwharrie Dash staff from Albemarle will time the race.
• 1-Mile Start: The 1-mile race will start promptly at 8:00 am.
• 5K Start: The 5K follows at 9:00 am.

📋 REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICK-UP INFORMATION

• Runner's Bag: Each registered runner will receive a bag containing a t-shirt & other items.
• Pick-Up Date: Bags will be available from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm on December 12th at Star Elementary School Gym.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Bags may also be picked up from 7:30 am – 8:30 am at the school.

🏅 COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Location: Both races take place in a nice residential course in the town of Star.
• Start/Finish: Course starts and ends at Star Elementary School on Cotton Creek Road.
• Water Stations: Located at 1- and 2-mile markers and at the finish line.
• Maps: Race Course Map, Race Course Map 2.

🥇 AWARDS CEREMONY

• Timing: Immediately following the race.

🏆 AWARD CATEGORIES

• Overall Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male.
• Overall Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place female.
• Age Categories: Individual Male and Female 1st, 2nd, & 3rd for each age category.
• Age Groups: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
