Race Overview

E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on April 26th, 2026 at 7:00am. Quiet Waters Park.

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 4th Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

Beneficiary

• Proceeds: 100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.
• Mission: The mission of Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community.
• Services: It provides family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.

Event Information

• Date: Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
• Prizes: Prizes for Top 3 Male + Top 3 Female Finishers.
• Finisher Medal: All participants receive a finisher medal.
• Race T-Shirt: All participants receive a race t-shirt.

Packet Pick Up

• Location: Element Five Fitness: 6370 N State Road 7, Suite 112 Coconut Creek FL, 33073.
• Friday: April 24th, 4:00pm-7:00pm.
• Saturday: April 25th, 10am-2pm.
• Race Day: Packet Pickup available beginning at 5:45am.

Start Time: 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park.
