E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on April 26th, 2025 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 3rd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

• Proceeds: 100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.
• Mission: The mission of Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting.
• Community Impact: The center aims to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through various support services.

• Friday: April 24th, 4:00pm-7:00pm
• Saturday: April 25th, 10am-2pm
• Race Day: Packet Pickup is available beginning at 5:45am.

Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00am Start Time.
