E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on April 26th, 2026 at 7:00am. Quiet Waters Park.

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 4th Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.

The mission of Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through:

• Family Strengthening: Navigation services
• Wellness Experiences: Unique and healing activities
• Crisis Support: Immediate assistance for those in need
• Support Groups: Community and peer support

• Saturday: (April 25th) 10am-2pm

Race Day Packet Pickup is available beginning at 5:45am.
